My daughter Mia is 21 yrs old, Mia graduated early from West Delaware in 2023 and continues to play a big part of her community. She works 3 partime jobs, volunteers, and goes to 2 dayhab programs. Mia loves to draw/color, sing, and dance. Please help Mia raise awareness and give back to HADSA. ♡
Step up with us on September 28th for the Hawkeye Area Down Syndrome Association's Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk at the Cherry Hill Park in Cedar Rapids.
The day will be filled with family fun events including food, music, team pictures, and much more!
Families in the area blessed by Down Syndrome are encouraged to start their own fundraising page, while registering to walk for their favorite team. This can all be done through the registration process.
Prizes for the largest walk team and the team raising the most money will be awarded.
Funds raised will be used to support our mission as well as our grant/scholarship projects!
